Can't get storage to work - Guild Wars Forums

I purchased storage from an agent with the item upgrade. I can make money deposits but have been unable to store any items. I have cliked on the chests and tried various drag and drop methods. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

There's two types of item storage available in a Xunlai chest. If you've purchased all the upgrades from the Xunlai agent if you open your chest you'll have just below the record of gold stored a set of tabs above the main body of the storage window.

The Right most tab will display material storage, and can only be used to hold crafting materials (up to 250 of each material type, both common and rare).

To the left of the materials tab there will be between 2 and 4 items tabs, labeled I, II, and if you have them III and IV. how many of these you have depends on how many chapters you have on that account. Each of these tabs displays space for 20 items/stacks, and you can drag and drop to and from here to your character inventory

The only thing I can think of is that you only paid for material storage. Check the Xunlai agent again to see if there's another option for storage.
If you have paid for all the storage, perhaps your gw.dat file is corrupt. Try deleting it and using the -image command - details can be found on these forums.
If that doesn't work, contact GW support.
